Lighting Energy AuditA lighting energy audit will identify strategies and solutions that can reduce energy usage. Click here to learn more.
System Start-upThis occurs upon completion of installation. Typically, an electrical contractor will contact Lutron for scheduling. We require at least 10 business days notice to schedule start-up. For additional information on start-up procedures, please refer to your system type under the “Commercial Product Help” option.
Enhanced DocumentationWe can provide enhanced documentation that details the startup procedure being performed. This documentation can also be helpful in achieving some LEED points. Click here for more details.
Commissioning Agent WalkthroughIf you are applying for LEED certification, this visit is intended for you. During it, a Lutron Field Service Engineer will demonstrate lighting system functionality for your commissioning agent. 

Training
If staff turnover leaves you without employees trained on the lighting control system, Lutron can help.  When you reach a Scheduling Representative, mention your interest in system training.  For a training agenda for your system type, please refer to the "Commercial Product Help" section.
Reprogramming

If your lighting preferences or needs for a space have changed, a Lutron Field Service Engineer can visit your site to reprogram the lighting to your requests. If you are interested in this, you should consider system optimization

System RepairIf you have a system problem that you were unable to resolve with the assistance of our Tech Support Representatives, you can request a visit by a Field Service Engineer to diagnose and resolve the issue.
