Replacement Parts
If you are experiencing a problem with your system and Tech Support has directed you to order a replacement part, the process to do so is very simple. To speak to a Parts Specialist about ordering replacement parts, please call 1-800-523-9466 (select option 4 then option 2). If you can have the following information before calling Lutron, it will help to speed up the process:
(1) Lutron Job Number: Currently, you can find this number, commonly referred to as the “Lutron Project Number,” on the front of any dimming panel (labeled as “J/N #”), on the As-Built drawings, or on system submittals. It will be 5, 6 or more digits long. If your system was manufactured prior to 1992, the panel label will have a “Pre-System #” or “Serial #” and will be formatted as 012-#### or 014-####.
(2) Part Number: This number will be given to you by Tech Support, or it may be found on the part that you are replacing. If you have not spoken to Tech Support, a Parts Specialist can help you find the part you need.
