Onsite Startup

Onsite Startup includes a visit to the job site by a Lutron Service Representative to configure the newly installed lighting control system to match the approved sequence of operations and to train the end user. Schedule a visit

Reprogramming

If your lighting preferences or needs for a space have changed, a Lutron Field Service Engineer can visit your site to reprogram the lighting to your requests. Learn more, read about our System Optimization service.

Training

System repair

An Onsite Performance-Verification Walkthrough is an Onsite visit to demonstrate the system functionality to the facility representatives or the commissioning agent.
