Lutron offers a variety of warranty and coverage options for our lighting and shade control systems.


All Lutron products and systems come equipped with a standard or an Enhanced Warranty. Standard and Enhanced Warranties are tied to the purchase of a product or to the startup of a system and cover varying degrees of parts, software and diagnostic labor. Extended Coverage

Lutron Services Company’s extended coverage options are not tied to the purchase of products or the startup of systems and are available at any time regardless of whether you are currently in or out of a Lutron warranty period. A Technology Support Plan (TSP) can provide more extensive support coverage and will include onsite preventative maintenance visits from a Lutron Services Representative.
