Lutron Enhances Customer Service and Technical Support Capabilities with Online Support Community

New forum allows dealers and homeowners to ask questions, post tips, share best practices

Coopersburg, PA (September 26, 2013) Lutron Electronics, the leader in energy-saving, wireless light and shade control, today announced the launch of The Lutron Support Community, an online forum for residential dealers and homeowners to post questions and answers about Lutron products, as well as share ideas, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.

“Taking care of the customer is the first of Lutron’s five company principles,” said Rich Black, Director, Residential Product Management and Business Development at Lutron. “The new Online Support Community will provide dealers with a peer-to-peer exchange of practical information they can use on the job, every day, to simplify installations, share ideas, and grow their businesses,” said Black.

Members of Lutron’s technical support team will be monitoring and participating in the forum to provide additional information and assistance to keep the forum of the highest quality.

The mobile-friendly version of the forum will be useful to installers on jobsites who can quickly and conveniently search for solutions on-demand.
