Overview
Delivering secure, administrator-only control for commercial lighting systems, the QS Keyswitch restricts access to critical functions in public spaces, educational facilities, and high-traffic environments. The key-operated interface prevents unauthorized adjustments in locations like school gymnasiums, hotel lobbies, and retail spaces where lighting control must remain under staff management. By inserting and turning the key left or right, authorized personnel can recall preset scenes, enable or disable timeclocks and sensors, initiate afterhours mode, or activate emergency lighting sequences. The versatile programming accommodates various operational needs, from simple scene selection and zone control to advanced functions like sequencing multiple scenes or managing integrated shade systems. Available in both non-insert and insert styles, the QS Keyswitch can be installed as a standalone control or ganged with other devices using standard decorator faceplates. Engineered to integrate seamlessly with most Lutron QS systems, the QS Keyswitch provides essential security for commercial installations where uncontrolled access could disrupt operations or compromise safety.
