myLutron is your personalized entry point to Lutron.com, and was created to give you quick access to the parts of Lutron.com that you use the most. You’ll also find unique content that is not available on the public Lutron.com site, based on your business needs.

Navigating the homepage

Once you log in, you’ll receive access to a new landing page. On the landing page, your will have access to the following content”

What’s New: contains direct links to the new products from Lutron

Sales & Marketing: provides direct access to password protected content supporting marketing tools, sales tools, programs, and promotions

Software & Support: provides direct access into our technical documentation on Lutron.com. This section includes password-protected software and documentation along with public content, all in one location.

Learning Hub: provides direct access to password protected content supporting webinars and presentations.

Accessing QuickLinks

myQuickLinks lets you customize the Lutron.com links that are available to you, so you can easily access the ones that you use the most.

To customize links, click on “myQuickLinks.” You’ll see two sections in the “myQuickLinks” window: links that you provide or Lutron links that we recommend.

You can enter and access additional QuickLinks by clicking on “Customize myQuickLinks” at the bottom of the window.

The QuickLinks page will open, which is where you can add new QuickLinks and edit, delete, or reorder existing QuickLinks.

To reorder your QuickLinks, click on the arrow to the left of the QuickLink and drag it to its new location.

To add a new QuickLink, click on the “add a QuickLink” link in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.

A new window will pop up. Enter in the information in the required fields: Title (the information that displays on your homepage) URL (the direct link to the page you want to add. Use this format: http://www.xxxxx.com)

Additional navigation tips

*If you utilize our search engine while logged into myLutron, your password protected content will be displayed (on the right hand side of the page) along will public content (which will be on the left hand side).

*While you’re in your myLutron account, you also have the ability to access Lutron.com.

*If you click on “myLutron” in the top left of the page, you will be directed to your myLutron home page.

*If you click on “myLutron” at the top right of the main navigation page, you’ll be able to access key pages highlighted in “myLutron,” including “Edit Profile.”
