Silver Level

This basic coverage provides the peace of mind that Lutron will be there for you if you experience a problem with your system. It is recommended for facilities that may not have electricians or engineers on staff.

Gold Level

The middle ground of our service offerings provides quicker response time, thus decreasing downtime. Scheduled maintenance is also included to reduce the chance of system disruption with preventative maintenance, training, and minor reprogramming.
