Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive Notice

Lutron is committed to meeting all of its applicable obligations under the European Union’s (EU) WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive (2012/19/EU). The WEEE Directive mandates certain environmental waste management strategies over various disposable and recyclable electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market of EU Member States by either manufacturers or distributors of such equipment.

Lutron EA Ltd., headquartered at 125 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NQ, is registered as a “producer” with the UK’s Environment Agency for its in-scope electrical and electronic equipment. If you have any general questions about Lutron’s WEEE obligations, or for collection and return of Lutron products in the UK, please contact your local Lutron dealer, representative, or distribution partner, or direct your queries via email to eacs@lutron.com. More information on the WEEE Directive can also be found by visiting: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/weee/index_en.htm (see, e.g., FAQ under "Legislation" tab).
